For an online school, we connected Monday.com, Dynamics Forms, and Airtable to plan classes and invite instructors. An automation in Make.com generates Zoom meetings with custom settings per event type, records them in Google Calendar, and adds invitees as instructors. Students select or change classes via a dynamic form; they then receive Zoom links and reminders on Slack. After each class, a survey is sent automatically, attendance is logged, and participation stats are reported in Google Sheets.

Unified Booking Management

We integrated all booking platforms—Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda—into Asana so the team can view availability, calendars, locations, and reviews in one place. From Asana, it triggers a bot that writes updates across each site: edit once, and every platform reflects the change. The bot is also able to read data from these platforms that we store in a database and train an AI to automatically handle guest inquiries.
